90% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino, Malvasia nera e Cabernet Sauvignon

Size of bottle: 0,75 l
Wine-making: the grapes, pressed and with the stalks removed, ferment in
cement vats with no selected yeasts added and no temperature control. Only
small quantity of metabisulphite is added. The must remains on the skins for
about three weeks, then the drawing off takes place and the wine goes back into
the vat for a couple of years.
